To maintain our standard of clinical efficiency and ensure patients aren't stuck on waitlists, we require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment without notice may result in a fee or the forfeiture of a pre-paid session from your treatment package.
